Payment/Cancellation Policy.
The Cancellation of a provisional reservation will not Incur cancellation fees if released in writing outside of 90 days.Golf and Game reserves the right to charge the following cancellation fees on cancellation of a confirmed reservation.

Full pre-payment required 30 days prior to arrival.
25 % if cancelled 90-61 days prior to arrival.
50 % if cancelled between 60-31 days prior to arrival.
100 % if cancelled within 30 days of arrival.

Group Booking Policy
This policy applies to bookings of 10 or more people. 50 % non-refundable deposit is payable 60 days prior to arrival. 100 % non-refundable payment 30 days prior to arrival.

Itinerary.
Day 1. On arrival at Johannesburg Internationl airport you will be met by Dave Westbrook.You will be then directed to the federal air lounge where refreshments will be available.Refreshments will also be available on the flight.If you arrive earlier than the departure date, you must meet at the information counter at terminal 2 on the day of departure at 08h30.The bush flight departs Johannesburg International at 09h30.-11h30-13h30 for Londolozi.You need to be at the federal air departure lounge 1 hour before departure.A maximum of 5kgs (11 pounds) hand luggage and 20 kg (44 pounds ) check in luggage is allowed.Soft bags are advisable.Golf clubs and extra luggage will be stored until we return.Arrive Londolozi,check in and afternoon game drive ,dinner.
Day 2, 3, 4 ,5 and 6 am game drive, return for breakfast,lunch at the lodge,pm game drive.
Day 7 Transfer to Fancourt Estate, pvt and commercial air charters.
Day 8.am 18 holes Golf at Montagu course Fancourt Estate.Lunch and afternoon at leisure.
Day 9 am 18 holes golf at George golf course. lunch, check out and transfer to Hermanus. Check into Marine Hotel.
Day 10.Day at leisure,activities etc.
Day 11. am golf 18 holes at Arabella country club,lunch and afternoon at leisure.
Day 12. am golf 18 holes Hermanus golf club.lunch and depart for Cape town.Check into Cape Grace Hotel.
Day 13 Activities,Table Mountain,Robben Island and Seal Island Tours.
Day 14 Activities,wine route,sightseeing,shopping.
Day 15. Check out and departure from Cape town International airport or extended vacation plans.

Please note: all trips begin from Johannesburg International airport and end in Cape Town.Please book your international arrival and departure flights accordingly.
What to bring.Winter in South Africa is from May-August,and summer Sept-April    ( 60-96 F)Summers are dry and warm while winters are cold and wet !.Annual rainfall is 502 mm.A few winter garments are advisable but generally jeans,shorts and casual wear is fine.smart casual for evenings, comfortable walking shoes,trainers and swimsuits.
Precautions.Please speak to your doctor about malaria prophalactics,Londolozi is the only area we visit that carries the malaria warning.
Health and travel Insurance is advisable as with any travel,pharmacies and doctors are available 24/7.All hotels are affiliated to doctors and dentists if required.It is vital your passport is valid for 6 months of travel with 2 consecutive blank and adjacent pages in it.A parent traveling with one child should obtain a letter of consent certified by the police from the absent parent.Although every precaution is taken,certain activities carry an element of danger while on a safari vacation.Golf and Game shall not be responsible for any loss of lfe or any associated illness.
